Development Applications and DA Roadmap

As members may be aware, Mbark and FGC recently lodged subsequent development applications (DA’s). This is a standard part of development application processes, and the DA’s make NO changes to the proposed retirement village buildings or entry road location. 

These DA’s are in response to recent agency and community feedback regarding the initial applications.  Specifically, it brings forward the pond works on hole 12 into Stage 1 and places the Kitchener Street entry road onto a separate DA.

The DA’s community consult period will close on 4 June 2024. We will again email out to members in the coming weeks asking for support to the project which the ACT Government provides all respondents with email notifications of changes, comments and progress made on the DA.
